Arbitration Costs:

Deez Teez will pay arbitration filing fees in excess of the amount you would pay to file a lawsuit in court, unless the arbitrator determines the claim is frivolous.

Class Action Waiver:

All claims must be brought on an individual basis only. You waive any right to participate in a class, collective, or representative action.

Jury Trial Waiver:

If a claim proceeds in court, both parties knowingly and voluntarily waive the right to a jury trial.

MISCELLANEOUS:

If any provision of these Mobile Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force. Deez Teez reserves the right to modify these Mobile Terms at any time. Continued participation in a mobile messaging program after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
